#1 — Wake Up Early

Rise and Shine for a Great Start. Waking early provides a kickstart to your day in a positive way. With a a morning routine that aligns with your priorities, you’ll experience productivity and peace. Use this time to enjoy solitude and introspection. Focus on three things you are grateful for, set your intentions for the day, and clarify your goals. Move to energize your body, meditate, and pray to cultivate a calm and centered mind. Remember to hydrate.
