The Healthiest Daily Eating Schedule

Have you ever wondered what a typical day of eating looks like for someone who is super healthy? The 16/8 method of Intermittent Fasting is the healthiest eating schedule for most humans and for the reasons listed here, so I recommend the following schedule.

Wake-Up Call: Hydrate from when you wake up until you break your fast. Many people recommend drinking half of your daily water consumption in the morning to wake up and lubricate your digestive tract, boost your metabolism, flush toxins that accumulate overnight, and hydrate you adequately. DAILY EATING ROUTINE

10 AM Green Juice: To kickstart your day, opt for 16oz green juice. 

12 PM Lunch: A great first meal is a healthy, raw, and loaded salad. 

4 PM Green Juice: When the afternoon slump hits, 16 ounces of green juice is the perfect energy and cellular boost.

6 PM Dinner: Dinner is the largest meal of the day and should be consumed three to four hours before sleep.

8 PM Hot Tea: A cup of herbal tea is the perfect wind-down. Be sure to finish your tea at least an hour before sleep.
